2. Qualifications:-
a. Science Teachers:·
- MSc Maths with BSc Physics.
- MSc Physics with BSc Maths.
- MSc Chemistry with BSc Biology, Botany, Zoology.
- MSc Biology, Botany, Zoology with BSc Chemistry.
For
Computer teachers BS (CS)/ MCS or equivalent qualified can apply.
b. Arts Teachers· MA English, MA Urdu.
Pak Std (MA History and Geography can also apply for Pak Studies vacant posts).
c. OPE: MA/ M.Sc in Heath and Physical
Education/Sports Sciences.
d. Montessori Teachers: Holding MA
(English. Urdu, Pak Studies. lslamiyat/ Arabic) I MSc (Maths, Phy, Bio and
Chem) degrees along with Montessori qualification from a reputed institution.

those candidates to apply who are fulfilling above mentioned qualifications)
e. Written Test:
Written
test will be conducted in'/:" week of Dec 2015. Details are as follows:-
- All candidates will be tested in General English Paper of Intermediate level carrying 40 marks.
- Candidates with Master degrees in English, Urdu, lslamiyat I Arabic, Pak Studies (History and Geography), will be given a paper of Master level carrying 60 marks.
- Science subjects candidates will be tested in Major Subjects (Master Level). Minor Subjects (BSc Level) as per above combination.
3. Submission of Applications: CV
along with 2 (two) passport size photographs, duly attested copies of
testimonials and CNIC should reach GM (Education), Fauji Foundation, 68 Tipu
Road, Chaklala Rawalpindi Cant! Post Box No. 216, latest by 27 Nov 2015,
covering followings:-
a. Photocopies of certificates/ degrees
and detail marks sheets Maine
to MA/ MSc.
b. Photocopies of any additional
qualification like M.Ed, B. Ed, Montessori and computer.
c. Bio Data Form is available on website
www,fauji,org,Pk
d. Choice for stations (at leastthree) in
order of priority for posting on selection.
4. Selection Procedure·
a. Only short listed candidates will be
called for written test and those passlng the test will be called for
interview. Prior to interviews. candidates wiU be tested in basic computer
handling. Venue for test/ interview W01Jld be communicated through call
letters.
b. Selected teachers will be assigned to
teach any level of grade as deemed appropriate by the Fauji Foundation/ School
authority.
5. Ineligible Candidates;·
a. Above 45 years of age.
b. Terminated from Fauji Foundation on
disciplinary ground.
c. Appeared twice but failed/ rejected.
6. Service I Financial Benefits:-
a. 25 years contract or 55 years of age,
whichever is earlier.
b. Better salary package.
c. 10 days casual leave, 15 days sick
leave, 42 days maternity leave (for female), 1/30" of duty days equal to
earned leave.
d. Annual increment, Gratuity, Earned
Leave Encashment, EOAB, Group Insurance.
