Sealed tenders based on item rates are hereby invited, for
the works mentioned below, from the contractors/ firms enlisted I renewed with
Secretary C&W Department/ Chief Engineer District Supports & Monitoring
Punjab, Lahore/
Executive District Officer Works & Services, Kasur in the field of
construction/buildings works for the year 2015-16. Tender documents can be
obtained from the office of the undersigned as well as Executive District
Officer (w &S) Kasur on written application accompanied with attested copies
of enlistment unto date renewal letter, fee receipt, PEC license,2015
Proprietary Certificate I Partnership deed, authority letter on pad form of
contractor/firm, Identity Card of contractor Managing Partner of the
fi"" along with registered power of attorney and on payment of
prescribed tender fee in the fo"" of CDR I Bank Draft of any
scheduled Bank (Tender fee is not acceptable in cash)
The Tender will be received in the office of District
Officer Buildings, Kasur on the date mentioned below and will be opened
immediately thereafter by the tenders opening Board in the presence of
intending contractors or their authorized representatives. Conditional tenders
and tender not accompanied with earnest money in shape of deposit at call
receipt from Scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed
and original power of attorney (in case of firms) will not be entertained.
Rejection of Bids:- According to PPRA2014 Rule No.35.
(1) The
procuring agency/ District Tenders Board may reject all bids or proposals at
anytime prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal,
(2) The
procuring agency I District Tenders Board shall upon request communicate to any
bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not
be required to justify those grounds
All the contractors are bound for strict compliance of all
terms and conditions contained in Secretary C&W Department letter Nos. SOB-I
(C&W)2-37/99 dated:29-12-99 and time to time amendments from Government of the
Punjab.
Earnest money to be deposited will be 5% but in case of
tendered amount being less than 5% of estimated amount the lowest bidder will
have to deposit performance security equal to the amount less than 5% below to
estimated cost in fifteen days.
Any information regarding the tenders mentioned below can be
obtained from the Divisional Head Clerk/Head Draftsman during office hours.
Tender will be received in the office of the undersigned unto 02:00 PM on the
date of opening of tender and will be opened at 02:30 PM as per PPRA Rule 30(i)
of 2014 by the tender opening committee in the presence of in tendering
contractors
The competent authority shall have the right of rejecting
any or all of the tenders as per PPRA Rules25(7), 27,29and 35 of2014.
