Applications are invited for Entry Test Based Admissions
to Doctor of Pharmacy (Morning & Evening Programs)
The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences,
University of Karachi has the honor of being the First Faculty of Pharmacy in
Pakistan. It caters to the needs of Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries.
The Faculty is equipped with State-of-the-Art Laboratories an d Modern
Technologies imparting Quality Education and Training.
ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum 60°/o Marks in Intermediate HSC (Pre-Medical) or
Equivalent Examination (Grace or Condonation Marks will not be considered).
Applicant seeking admission on the basis of certificate
other than those awarded by the Public sector boards of Pakistan, must submit
the Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC or Equivalence Committee of the
University of Karachi, at least Three (3) Days before the Announcement of the
List.
Admissions to Doctor of Pharmacy will be granted on
pre-requisite (Intermediate or Equivalent) Examination after qualifying the
Entry Test with a minimum of 50% Marks.

► Admissions are also offered on Donor Seats
► All those candidates who want to apply on RESERVED SEATS
in Doctor of Pharmacy are required to submit Doctor of Pharmacy Admission Form
to appear in the Entry Test otherwise they will not be considered for
admission.
► Forms can be obtained from UBL, Silver Jubilee Gate booth,
University of Karachi Branch from 18th NOVEMBER 2015 to 26th NOVEMBER 2015
(from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm, Friday 09:00 am to 12:00 noon) on Payment of Rs
2,000/- Only.
► Duly filled-in Form along with the required Documents can
be submitted at the same booth latest by 26th NOVEMBER 2015.
