• The
candidates wishing to apply for the posts in above mentioned fields are advised
to carefully read the given details to ascertain their eligibility status and
follow the application guidelines available on our website
• Where First
class in final degree is mandatory for the post, only one second class I
division in the entire academic career from matric onwards is allowed
• The
appointment on all posts will be offered on contract basis. However, suitably
qualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered for regular
appointment
• The
candidates who had applied for the post of Deputy Director (Internal Audit)
(SPS-10-N) in response to the previous advertisement of the Institute published
on July 21, 2013 need not apply again. The government employees who had applied
for this post "Through Proper Channel" in response to the
aforementioned advertisement of the Institute also need not apply again
"Through Proper Channel". Their old applications will be considered
• The post of
Deputy Assistant Director (Admissions) (SPS-8-N) is a temporary post. The
appointment on this post will be offered on contract basis for a period of
three years only and further extension is subject to availability of post
• All the
posts are Islamabad based only
• Test I
Interview for all the posts will be conducted at 1ST, Islamabad campus only
• The
applications with academic qualifications/ degrees and experience in the
relevant field will be considered only
• Only short
listed candidates as per merit would be called for written test/ interview
• Compliance
to eligibility criteria for any post does not guarantee short listing for
written test I interview
• If a large
number of applications are received for any post then only the best suitable
candidates would be called for written test I interview
• Employees
of Govt/ Semi Govt I Autonomous organizations should apply "Through Proper
Channel"
• Ex-armed
forces personnel will be employed under Category-II. They should also submit
attested photocopies of their armed forces discharge certificate I release I
retirement order
• Completely
filled Application Forms along with detail updated CVs, attested photocopies of
the degrees, final transcripts, certificates, final marks sheets from matric
onwards, CNIC, recent passport size photograph and all other particular
documents required to support the candidate's eligibility for the applied post

• Incomplete
